CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") governs the cancellation of subscription services provided through the DREAMS WORLDVIEW INC digital platform (the "Platform").
DREAMS WORLDVIEW INC is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business located at 8 THE GREEN, STE R DOVER, DE 19901, United States (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
This Policy applies to all subscribers and users (collectively, "you" or "Subscriber") who have purchased or activated a subscription to access the Services provided through the Platform. By subscribing to any service offered by the Company, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, which together constitute the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding subscription management.

2. RIGHT TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
You retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, without penalty, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
However, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Cancellation terminates only future automatic renewal billing and does not affect any fees, charges, or payments already processed or due for the current billing period;
(b) Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund, credit, prorated reimbursement, or other compensation for fees already paid, including for any unused portion of the current subscription period;
(c) All cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which provides that all subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated therein or as required by applicable law; and
(d) The Company bears no liability for any consequences arising from your decision to cancel, including loss of access to content, data, or community features.

3. CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
3.1 Methods of Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled through any of the following methods:
(a) Self-Service Cancellation: By accessing your account settings on the Platform and following the subscription management and cancellation prompts; or
(b) Customer Support: By submitting a written cancellation request to our customer support team at help@worldviewhub.com including your account information and a clear statement of your intent to cancel.
3.2 Effective Date of Cancellation(a) Cancellation requests submitted through the Platform's self-service interface are effective immediately upon confirmation by the system.
(b) Cancellation requests submitted via customer support are effective upon receipt and processing by the Company during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays). Requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
(c) You are responsible for ensuring that your cancellation request is properly submitted and confirmed. The Company recommends retaining confirmation of cancellation for your records.
(d) The Company is not responsible for failed cancellation attempts due to user error, technical issues on your end, or incomplete cancellation procedures.
3.3 Confirmation of Cancellation
Upon successful processing of your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive confirmation within forty-eight (48) hours of submitting your cancellation request, it is your responsibility to contact customer support to verify the status of your cancellation.
4. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION 4.1 Access to Services
Upon cancellation of your subscription:
(a) You will retain full access to all subscription Services, features, content, and functionality through the end of your then-current paid billing period (the "Access Period");
(b) Access to the Services will automatically terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the Access Period;
(c) After the Access Period expires, you will no longer be able to access subscriber-only content, features, or community areas; and
(d) The Company reserves the right to delete, archive, or render inaccessible any user-generated content, saved materials, or account data following termination of access, in accordance with our data retention policies.
4.2 Billing and Payment Obligations
Upon cancellation of your subscription:
(a) No Future Charges: Automatic renewal billing will cease, and no further subscription charges will be processed after the expiration of the current billing period;
(b) Current Period Non-Refundable: All fees paid for the current billing period remain due and payable and are non-refundable, regardless of when during the billing period you cancel;
(c) Outstanding Obligations: You remain responsible for any outstanding fees, charges, or payment obligations incurred prior to cancellation; and
(d) Payment Method: Your payment method will remain on file until the end of the current billing period to process any outstanding charges, after which it may be removed from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies.

5. CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
For monthly recurring subscription plans:
(a) Cancellation will prevent the automatic renewal charge that would otherwise be processed at the beginning of the next monthly billing cycle;
(b) You will retain access to the Services through the end of the current monthly billing period for which payment has already been processed;
(c) No refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement will be provided for the current month or any prior months, regardless of usage or time remaining in the billing period; and
(d) If you wish to resume your subscription after cancellation, you must re-subscribe through the Platform, and standard subscription rates and terms will apply at the time of re-subscription.

6. CANCELLATION OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
For annual (yearly) subscription plans:
(a) Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal at the end of the current twelve (12) month subscription term;
(b) You will retain full access to all Services through the end of the current annual subscription term for which payment has already been processed;
(c) No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for any unused portion of the annual subscription term, regardless of when during the annual period you cancel;
(d) You acknowledge that annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in consideration for your advance payment commitment for the full annual term, and that cancellation does not entitle you to recoup any portion of this advance payment; and
(e) If you wish to resume your subscription after the annual term expires, you must re-subscribe through the Platform, and standard subscription rates and terms will apply at the time of re-subscription.

7. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
7.1 Applicability
If the Company offers a free trial, promotional period, or discounted introductory subscription (collectively, "Trial Period"), the following terms apply:
(a) Trial Periods are offered at the Company's sole discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice;
(b) Eligibility for Trial Periods may be limited to new subscribers or subject to other restrictions as determined by the Company;
(c) Only one Trial Period per user or household may be permitted, and the Company reserves the right to deny Trial Period access to users who have previously subscribed or who attempt to abuse promotional offers; and
(d) The Company may require you to provide valid payment information to activate a Trial Period.
7.2 Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription
Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of the Trial Period:
(a) Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate applicable to the subscription plan you selected;
(b) Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the end of the Trial Period; and
(c) Once the paid subscription begins, all terms of this Policy and our Refund Policy apply in full, and no refunds will be issued.
7.3 Cancellation During Trial Period(a) To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the Trial Period expires.
(b) Cancellation during the Trial Period must be completed at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the Trial Period to ensure processing before the automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
(c) If you cancel during the Trial Period, you may lose access to the Services immediately or at the end of the Trial Period, depending on the terms of the specific promotional offer.
(d) The Company is not responsible for charges incurred due to your failure to cancel prior to the end of the Trial Period.

8. COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
8.1 Right to Terminate
The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, cancel, or terminate your subscription and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
(a) Violation of this Policy, our Terms of Service, or any other agreement between you and the Company;
(b) Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
(c) Initiation of chargebacks or payment disputes without prior good-faith attempts to resolve the matter with customer support;
(d) Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward other users or Company personnel;
(e) Unauthorized use or sharing of account credentials;
(f) Non-payment or failed payment processing; or
(g) Any conduct that the Company determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or the Company's business interests.
8.2 Effect of Company-Initiated Termination(a) If the Company terminates your subscription for cause as described in Section 8.1, you will immediately lose access to the Services, and no refund or credit will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period;
(b) The Company may, but is not obligated to, provide you with notice and an opportunity to cure any violation prior to termination;
(c) Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination; and
(d) The Company reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available for violations of our policies or applicable law.

9. REACTIVATION OF CANCELED SUBSCRIPTIONS(a)
If you cancel your subscription and later wish to reactivate it, you must re-subscribe through the Platform by creating a new subscription;
(b) Reactivation is subject to the then-current subscription rates, terms, and conditions, which may differ from those applicable at the time of your original subscription;
(c) The Company does not guarantee that any promotional rates, discounts, or special offers previously available to you will be available upon reactivation; and
(d) Any content, data, or account settings from your prior subscription may not be recoverable after cancellation, and the Company bears no responsibility for such loss.

10. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any consequences, damages, or losses arising from your cancellation of a subscription, including but not limited to:
(a) Loss of access to content, educational materials, community features, or other Services;
(b) Loss of user-generated content, saved materials, progress, or account data;
(c) Inability to participate in scheduled events, live sessions, or time-sensitive offerings;
(d) Any business, financial, or personal consequences resulting from loss of access to the Services; or
(e) Any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from cancellation.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
(a) Effective Date of Changes: Any changes to this Policy will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the Platform with an updated "Last Revised" date.
(b) Notice of Material Changes: For material changes that adversely affect your rights, the Company may, at its discretion, provide notice via email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. However, the Company is not obligated to provide individual notice of changes.
(c) Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of the Services or maintenance of an active subscription following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the modified Policy.
(d) Responsibility to Review: It is your sole responsibility to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes. The Company assumes no responsibility for your failure to review updated policies.
(e) Right to Cancel: If you do not agree to any modifications to this Policy, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription in accordance with the procedures outlined herein.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy, including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed and deleted from this Policy. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. WAIVER
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of the Company. No waiver of any provision of this Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Policy, together with our Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to subscription cancellations and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

BY MAINTAINING AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS CANCELLATION POLICY, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
